Paris Saint Germain play their first home game since Laurent Blanc replaced Carlo Ancelotti as coach of the Ligue 1 champions when they entertain Ajaccio at the Parc des Princes on evening, with memories of last season struggles against the Corsicans still fresh. The capital club were held to goalless draws in both meetings with Ajaccio in 2012 13, but those results did not prevent them from comfortably winning the Ligue 1 crown in May. Former France coach Blanc has been at the helm for six weeks now, and oversaw the Champions Trophy win against Bordeaux in his first competitive game at the helm before a 1 1 draw in Montpellier in last weekend league opener. In both games, PSG have had to come from behind, with Brazilian full back Maxwell earning them a draw at the Stade de la Mosson after they had trailed at the interval against opponents who pressed and harried tirelessly. With Corsican sides renowned for their aggression, and Ajaccio coach Fabrizio Ravanelli determined to make his team difficult to beat, PSG could face a frustrating evening on . However, Blanc will hope that 64 million euro (US$85.4m, record signing Edinson Cavani can have an impact on his home debut after almost scoring as a substitute in Montpellier. "Certainly," Blanc said when asked if the Uruguayan former Napoli striker, who started pre season training late, will feature against Ajaccio. "But the question is will he start. That is a decision we will take. He is a little bit behind with his preparation and has had some fitness problems." Ajaccio lost 1 0 to Saint Etienne last weekend, but Ravanelli will relish the occasion in the capital having already experienced the heat of the Parc des Princes during his days as a Marseille player. "It is a great thing to return to Paris, especially as a coach. It is a real pleasure," said Ravanelli. "We know we will be playing against an extraordinary team with extraordinary means. But even if we lose we will come out with our heads held high, because we know we can enjoy a good season." Earlier on , Monaco, tipped as PSG most likely title challengers, will look to build on their opening day win at Bordeaux when they welcome Montpellier to the Stade Louis II. Claudio Ranieri side. a mixture of expensive summer acquisitions and exciting young talent, won 2 0 in Bordeaux, with Radamel Falcao netting a debut goal after his 60 million euro move from Atletico Madrid. And in midweek they won an appeal against a three point deduction handed down as a punishment for a trouble at the end of a game last season, so confidence will be high at the principality club. Confidence is also high in Marseille after OM cruised to an opening day win in Guingamp. They play host to Evian on , although recent signing Saber Khalifa is unlikely to make his debut against his former club in that encounter as he builds up his fitness. After thumping Nice 4 0 last weekend, Lyon travel to Sochaux on , the match being brought forward to help Remi Garde side prepare for next midweek Champions League play off, first leg against Real Sociedad. "Sochaux are a team that like to play football and don worry about their opponents. That the club culture," said Garde. "We are expecting a tough game. We need to confirm our good form and try and cause them as many problems as possible." In the pick of the other matches, Nice face Rennes at the Stade du Ray, although that match will be played behind closed doors as a punishment for fan misbehaviour last season. By lengthening the fascia, there is less chance of it becoming inflamed through normal daily activities and routine exercise. The rotational hamstring stretch is a good place to start. Stand behind a table. With your left foot on the ground, place your right foot on top of a table with your foot at waist level. Turn your left foot outward about 45 degrees while standing on your left leg. Lean forward until you feel the stretch in your right hamstring (the muscle that runs down the back of the upper leg). Turn your right knee outward, then in and repeat for 20 repetitions. Lower your right leg to the ground, lift your left foot onto the table and repeat the exercise on the left side. Another exercise is called the tri plane Achilles heel stretch. Begin by standing with your feet apart, directly under your hips. Advance the left foot approximately 6 to 10 inches ahead of the right foot. While shifting most of your weight onto your left foot, press the left knee forward until only the toes of your right foot are in contacting with the ground. Point your left knee toward the left and to the side. You should be able to feel the stretch in the left Achilles heel. Return to the original position with your left foot ahead of the right. Point your left knee toward the right and to the side. Repeat in each direction, 20 times. Once the initial inflammation has subsided, it's important to begin strengthening the PF to help prevent being stricken again. A popular PF strengthening exercise is the toe walking exercise. In your bare feet, stand as tall as you can on your tip toes. Walk forward, taking one 12 inch step every two seconds. Try to walk as tall as you possibly can while balancing on the balls of your feet and your toes. Start slowly and build up to three sets of 60 feet, each. Toe grasping is another exercise that can help. Spread a hand towel out in front of your feet. Walk up to the end of the towel with your bare feet. While resting on your heels, scrunch the towel toward you by extending your toes, placing them on the towel and curling the towel toward you. Continue until the entire towel is underneath your feet. Repeat two more sets. You can also work on stretching and strengthening your PF throughout the day even without taking off your shoes. When walking from the car to the office, roll from your left heel up high onto your toes. Land on the right heel and repeat the exercise by rolling onto your right toes. Another simple exercise you can do wherever there are stairs is the calf stretch. Climb onto the second or third stair step balancing your weight on the balls of your feet. Your heels should be hanging free over the edge of the stairs. While supporting your upper body against the walls with your hands, slowly lower your heels and hold. Gently raise your heels until they are higher than your toes, and hold the position for several seconds. Repeat five to 10 times. See how low you can lower heels and how high you can extend on your toes. Plantar fasciitis is characterized by intense heel pain caused by damage to the plantar fascia ligament located on the underside of the. Men Nike Free 5.0 Purple Force Bright Citrus Anthracite Quilted,NEW MILFORD The New Milford boys basketball team needed a win Friday night to stay alive in the SWC playoff race. Its opponent, , needed one to stay in contention for a state playoff berth. And in the end, a bit of fatigue and a lot of ultimately doomed the Falcons as New Milford blew open a close game in the fourth quarter and walked away with a 51 35 victory. Joel Barlow, which was one day removed from an upset victory over New "It's not easy in high school to play back to back games," said Barlow coach . "I think the kids' legs were tired at the end there. A couple of shots rolled in and out, and we had some second chances in the second half that we didn't convert, and that kind of hurt us." While Barlow was huffing and puffing as the game wore on, New Milford and Krafick in particular was just getting started. The senior guard scored 10 of his game high 19 points in the fourth quarter and assisted on a Rory Kennedy layup to help New Milford extend a four point lead into a 15 point victory. "I just felt comfortable with the ball in my hands at the end of the game," Krafick said. Krafick, a 79 percent foul shooter on the year, converted 5 of 7 free throw attempts down the stretch to de rail any chance of a Barlow comeback. Though he's most noted for his three point shooting (he's made 30 on the season), Krafick shot just 2 for 8 from behind the arc and did most of his fourth quarter damage in the paint. "He took the ball hard to the basket late in the game when we needed him to," said New Milford coach . Joel Barlow (5 15), which was led by 's 10 points, is officially eliminated from state and conference tournament contention. New Milford, on the other hand, sits at 12 6 overall and 6 6 in the conference with two games Immaculate and Kolbe Cathedral remaining on its schedule. The Green Wave are currently in a tie for 8th place in the conference with Notre Dame of Fairfield, which owns the head to head tiebreaker. Weston (7 5 SWC) holds the No. 7 seed, but it still faces Stratford and Kolbe, the top two teams in the conference. Should Weston lose both games and New Milford win one of its two, the Green Wave hold the tiebreaker and would qualify for the SWC Tournament. Where Can i Find Authentic Men Nike Free 5.0 Purple Force Bright Citrus Anthracite Quilted,Men Nike Free Run 3 Blue Glow University Red Pure Platinum Quilted Hi, I'm Jennifer Martinson with By Jennifer June and the creator of The Magic Dress. Today, we're going to talk about what determines the length of a bridesmaid dress. Now there are three factors that go into determining the length. The first is going to be how formal or informal the event is going to be. The second is going to be the time of day and the time of year and the third is going to be the location. So for the first factor if you are having a formal affair or an evening or black tie wedding you're going to want to wear a floor length dress would be the most appropriate. Tea length would also be appropriate but floor length for a black tie or an evening affair. For an early evening or afternoon wedding, a shorter dress would be absolutely appropriate as well as a tea length dress. Now for the time of year you don't want your bridesmaids to be too hot or too cold so try to keep that in mind when you are selecting the dress for your girls. So in the Winter if you have a little bit more coverage that would be most appropriate or you can also pair it with a shrug or a scarf that they can later put on after the ceremony. Now for the location, if it is a formal location, again you want to have the floor length dress but keep in mind if it's on a beach or more casual setting, you can do something in a linen or a sundress would work as well. I'm Jennifer Martinson, and this is what determines the length of a bridesmaid dress. Men Nike Free 5.0 Purple Force Bright Citrus Anthracite Quilted Just like Budweiser, traders have born on dates and you better know yours. I could spend chapters and chapters writing about the differences between traders. Even if you gave 2 traders the exact same courses at the exact same time and asked them to read the same books and exposed them to the same financial media, you still get two different traders with two distinct trading styles. Trading is an individual thing. Even when exposed to the exact same inputs over time, each trader will assimilate only that information that they relate to. Each trader is exposed to and tries to understand a huge amount of information. But only so much information gets in. The remainder of the information is simply discarded or stored in some deep recess of the brain until some new input generates some recognition of relevance and that information may be revisited. So what you end up with is an almost purely random path from the start of your trading experience to where you are now. Even when the input is controlled you never be the same as the trader sitting next to you. That doesn mean a group of traders can be exposed to the same trading system, and taught how best to execute it aka the turtles and their commodity trending system but for the most part, no two traders will be alike. There are so many variables that cause differences between two traders a big one is what I like to call the born on date. Born on date is just as it used with the beer companies, it what the market conditions were when you first got exposed or involved in trading. So if you started your trading experience in a bear market, you a bear and is you started your trading experience in a bull market, then you a bull. You never loose this underlying bias. It engrained in your brain. Ok, sounds like a simple concept, but the brain is such a complex organ that we know so little about that the paths it takes to make a decision and those paths will just never be mapped out. How do we use this to your advantage? First and foremost, consider your born on date. Did you take up trading in the stagnant 80 the rip roaring 90 or the bearish early 2000 Your born on date will determine your underlying bias to your trading. You ever notice that you trade better in bear markets or bull markets? Second, when you communicating with other traders, note their born on date. Not like you can turn them over and read it on the bottom of their shoes. So you have to do a little digging. Why is this helpful? Well, we always getting input from various sources. Now, knowing the born on date from the source of the information allows you to remove their bias and get a clearer read on the market or information being presented.
