Zuhaib Zulfiqar faces a three month stay in hospital after his right thigh bone was broken. A metal door propped against a wall fell onto the youngster when he went to retrieve a football in a car park owned by Rochdale Central Mosque in Mere Street. Zuhaib, who was on his way to Arabic classes at the neighbouring Castlemere Community Centre, is now undergoing painful traction at the Royal Oldham Hospital. The Sandbrook Community Primary School pupil, from Queensway, has already spent four weeks in hospital. His family is hoping that he will be able to come home for Christmas. Father, Zulfiqar Iqbal, said: "The door fell and he was trapped under it for quite a while. It took four people to lift it from him. He never cried despite his pain. It has been the most difficult time of my life." Mr Iqbal, a 39 year old pharmaceutical company account manager, added: "Because of the nature of his break doctors are now trying to pull his leg into place and he is hooked up on pulleys, levers and weights. "As soon as they align the bone they are hoping to put a cast on it. Because he is such a young kid he should heal well. "The long stay in hospital is daunting but the aim is to get him home for Christmas. "He wants to go home and see his brother and sister and he is missing his computer, his school, his football and his favourite TV shows. "But the team at Oldham are amazing and so is the support he has received from his friends and neighbours. "People have sent gifts, toys and chocolates and we are grateful for all their support." Gary Parkinson, team leader for the business engagement and compliance team at Rochdale council, said: "We investigated the circumstances of the accident and made a number of recommendations to the mosque. "We are currently working with the mosque to ensure that the recommendations are implemented as soon as possible." No one at the mosque was available to comment. Among things to organize, the most interesting is certainly the wedding dress, a wedding that women dreams about since they are children, a wedding that even if worn only once, it is still in their memories. In all cities there are some wonderful wedding dress stores, that since little girl, all women stare at, thinking how their magical dress should be. And possibilities are really numerous. In the whole peninsula, from Milan to Rome to Sicily, all brides dream about their special dress. For who wants to save some money, the latest news is going to buy the dress at some outlet store, there you can find branded products at very reasonable prices. Also because a survey by Federconsumatori (the Federation of Consumers) has found out that wedding costs on average 6% more than in 2008, a continuous and sharp rise that, since 2001, has made double the average expense to get married: 50.840 euro, in comparison with 19.527 euro just eight years ago. This forces a lot of couples to pay wedding by installments. To be sure to make a great impression in the fateful day, you need to follow some simple rules. Trends for this year see wedding dresses enriching with flowers, applied or printed on tissues, they triumph on skirts and corsages. Flowers are also protagonists in the haircut for the bride. The newest nuances? The ones of soft rose. To dare a bit, you can choose fuchsia or orange, if you want to maintain a classical and sober aplomb, you would better use the ton sur tone in white and ivory. Every atelier has its particular proposals to present, according to your body, your skin and the color of your hair it is important to choose the most fitting white nuance. But if you do not want to do everything at the last minute, you should go around a bit for many stores before buying the dress, do not just stop at the first store, but think that choices are numerous. An important detail is the lingerie and the accessories. If you will wear an adherent or transparent dress, avoid frills and laces, but choose underwear that can not be seen under the dress, linear, basic. If the dress does not mark the curves of the body, then you can satisfy your whims with laces and vaporous details, you can be sure that nobody will see them. Regarding stockings, the rule would be to wear them, but in summer the weather could be really hot, if the dress is long and nothing is seen, you can also not wear them, otherwise stockings rigorously skin color and you may also choose for a pair of self supporting thigh highs that are very practical. And absolutely do not forget the garter. Shoes should not have a too high heel; the best is between 3 and 5 cm. The dcollet are always a classic and in summer you can also prefer a pair of sabot, always the same color of the dress. The ceremony also requires a veil, smooth and vaporous, edged with satin or lace, or very elaborate in chiffon with beads and sequins. The color of the veil should be coordinated with that of the dress. But the important thing is that hands have to be free, with simple jewelry, to highlight the wedding ring that is the true protagonist of the day. In addition, the bride should hold only the bouquet, the bag is allowed only in civil marriages. Genetic counselors work with you and your family to help you absorb and digest information. They can put the risks in perspective by giving you information and will help you articulate your feelings. Some counselors ask open ended questions to get you thinking about your options. What would having a handicapped child mean to your family? If you have other children, how would it affect them? Would they feel resentful of their sibling's lifelong needs for special care? Or might the experience enhance the older kids' life by teaching empathy and tolerance? Will a genetic counselor attempt to steer us in a particular direction? No. You'll be advised of your options, but genetic counselors won't make any decisions for you, nor will they suggest you follow a certain course of action. A good counselor will explain the outlook for a child with an abnormality and describe the treatments that might be necessary, both immediately after birth and throughout the child's life. After speaking with a genetic counselor, you'll be better equipped to choose whether to prepare for a child with disabilities or end the pregnancy. I'm completely opposed to abortion. Should I still meet with a genetic counselor?Even if you and your partner are opposed to abortion, don't automatically say no to prenatal testing or genetic counseling. For many couples, the information offered provides reassurance in the face of uncertainty and some sense of control over the situation. Knowing ahead of time that your child has a problem would enable you to seek advice from many sources, grieve for the perfectly healthy child you hoped for, and deal with any guilt you may feel before the birth of your new baby. Your genetic counselor can help you find the right support group should you need one. How do I find a genetic counselor?Your healthcare practitioner should be able to refer you to one. Or you can contact the National Society of Genetic Counselors or your local chapter of the March of Dimes for information about services in your area. If you have any concerns about your own health or the health of your child, you should always consult with a physician or other healthcare professional. Air Jordan 13 Squadron Blue,Snorkeling, shopping and more on weekend getaway in NassauBy Gay Nagle Myers What do tourists in Nassau do on a quickie weekend getaway? There are many options, so I left it to my hosts at the Wyndham Nassau Resort Crystal Palace Casino to create the two day itinerary for me. Beats yogurt and granola, for sure. Stuart Cove's has been offering snorkel and dive packages for 30 years, and its staff knows the reefs, wrecks and coral walls better than the fish themselves, according to snorkel/dive instructor Ullin Sanders. During the three hour snorkeling trip, we stopped frequently to don masks and fins and hit the clear waters. At the Hollywood Bowl snorkeling stop, I spotted blue tang, parrotfish, yellowtail snappers, several sergeant majors and one intimidating barracuda. The second stop, called Little Elvis, was described by instructor Ida Stjernstrom as the "king of all reefs, because it would take a week to snorkel the length of the reef." I was warned to avoid touching or brushing by plant coral and fire coral and to steer clear of the moray eels. I stayed in the boat. The third stop was billed as a swim with the sharks. I knew even before the motor shut off that I again would remain in the boat. Sanders lowered a metal box made of cyclone fencing full of dead fish into the waters. The object of this game was to look down upon the feeding frenzy of dozens of thrashing sharks attracted by the bait, all the while snorkeling above them. Once the snorkelers were safely back on the boat, Sanders raised the box to the surface of the water, where we could view up close the gnashing and thrashing. I was relieved when that food fight ended and we returned to the dock three hours later. Stuart Cove's charges $65 per person for that excursion; dive packages start at $109 for a two tank dive. The third option was the SUB Bahamas package. A SUB, or Scenic Underwater Bubble, looks like a seahorse shaped motorcycle with a giant bubble on top. Passengers sit on the "bike" with their heads inside the bubble, and fresh air is supplied by onboard scuba equipment. After a brief orientation on how to pilot the SUB, everyone gets on one of these things and descends 20 feet, where they can pilot around the reef at a leisurely 2 knots (1 mph) to look at fish. No one gets their head wet (eyeglass wearers can even keep on their glasses), and it's a lot of fun. The SUB tour is $119 per person. I declined the Dolphin Encounter outing at Blue Lagoon Island since I had experienced it recently on Mexico's Riviera Maya. 10 bus in front of the hotel, paid $1.25 and got off near the Prince George Wharf downtown. Three cruise ships were in port, and the sidewalks were clogged with shoppers and sightseers. Nassau's Bay Street has a number of high end boutiques spread among the usual souvenir shops. I ducked into the famous Straw Market, still in temporary quarters following a fire in 2001 that gutted the building. A new and larger air conditioned facility is going up at the foot of Market Street on the same site as the old, and it couldn't come soon enough, according to vendors I spoke with inside the steaming marketplace. They were doing a brisk business despite the heat. Best sellers appeared to be knockoff designer handbags and, of course, the hand woven straw baskets made by hundreds of ladies in front of their stalls. (Since my visit last month, much of the Straw Market was destroyed by Hurricane Irene on Aug. 24 when rain and wind pulled the tent roof off the structure, damaging vendors' stalls and goods. Officials hope the new permanent facility next door will be ready by September.)

Sale With High Quality And Lowest Price Air Jordan 13 Squadron Blue,Air Jordan 10 Cool Grey Tour's co sponsor would likely face lawsuit if client injuredBy Mark Pestronk Q: Our agency is putting together a Middle East tour for members of a local museum. Could someone who is injured on the tour successfully sue the museum? If so, what precautions can the museum take to prevent such a suit? How can our agency help with those measures? A: If someone were seriously injured or killed, I have no doubt that the museum would be sued, as would your agency. The suit's success or failure would depend on the role that the museum played in the marketing of the trip. In personal injury cases, plaintiffs' attorneys need to sue everybody involved in the sales process, regardless of whether the attorneys think that a particular defendant might really be liable. If it later turns out the party at fault was not sued, the statute of limitations might already have run out, leaving the attorney open to a malpractice claim. In a suit, the plaintiff would probably make three allegations: The first one would be that the museum was negligent in endorsing the trip that you arranged because it failed to investigate the suppliers or your agency. This claim has a superficial plausibility, but it would probably not succeed. Although some courts have found that a nonprofit co sponsor of a tour has a duty to conduct an investigation of travel suppliers, the modern trend of such cases is not to impose such a duty on sponsors. The plaintiff's second claim might well be that, aside from a duty to investigate, the museum had a duty to supervise the operation of the trip to help prevent injuries. In most cases, these claims have also failed, especially if the museum can show that it was not in a position to control operations and could not be expected to do so. The plaintiff's third claim would probably be that the museum acted as your agency's partner or joint venturer by jointly making decisions, jointly operating the trip and sharing the profits or losses. If the court found that the museum did none of these things but instead merely offered the trip in return for a percentage of the gross sales, as is usual in such relationships, then the museum would probably not be seen as your partner or joint venturer. Even if the museum prevails, defense costs will be tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars. Therefore, it pays to take some steps to prevent such suits in the first place or to minimize defense costs in case of a lawsuit. Send a memo to the museum explaining why you chose the particular suppliers and showing your successful track record with them, or at least their good reputation in the industry. If you have no real idea who the suppliers are, then you probably don't want to use them. Add the museum's name to your participant's agreement, so that your disclaimer and limitations of liability apply to the museum as well as to your agency. Make sure every participant signs a paper or clicks a button indicating that he has read the agreement. Finally, if you have errors and omissions insurance, have the museum added as an additional insured, so that the costs of any suit will be covered by the policy. offer 'Beercation' packageThe JW Marriott Chicago has partnered with the Lagunitas Brewing Co. to offer the Lagunitas Beercation package through Dec. Air Jordan 13 Squadron Blue : How to Run Faster This instructable shows you how to run faster.Buying shoes:One of the most important pieces of equipment is the running shoes. After you take a shower step onto a brown paper bag. Its recommended that you change your shoes around every 500 miles. That's about 6 months of frequent running. So remember that when you decide to drop a few bills on shoes endorsed by professional athletes. Learn to run barefoot ;) Or buy a pair of Keds or Converse Allstars and learn how to run properly. Foot injuries have been on the rise since the 60's when "proper" running shoes were introduced. The trick is knowing the proper motion the foot is supposed to follow. Dont strike the ground with your heel, its un natural and your foot isnt designed for it. Land on the balls of your feet. The natural movement will lend forward momentum and take alot of stress off of your foot. Your foot is perfectly designed for walking and running as it is, it doesnt need any help. You may even find you can run for longer distances as the energy leaving your foot is transferred to the ground creating more momentum instead of lost in a sea of foam and rubber. Happy running and like Hatter says check with your doctor first and do some research to find out what is right for you.inchman4 years agoReplyThanks for this great Despite what some people say, I feel that you hit the nail on the head with helping people from finding excuses and short cuts instead of just running. The only thing I want to mention is that people should look at their target heart rates (THR). (There is plenty of info on THRs all over the web.) I been in the Army for 20 years and I just ran a half marathon in the Iraqi Desert this past May. What I found that most people do is that they push themselves TOO hard. Then they get discouraged. If you want to improve, get a heart rate monitor, and run on a treadmill where you can get a constant pace (this is just until you are more used to running at a pace.) Then, only run to get to 80% THR. If you start exceeding it (and you will at first,) SLOW DOWN (but don walk.) I personally swear by this method and it has served me very well.
